The Mokhlis family - dad, mom, and three kids - moved to the US on October 22, 2018. Dad used to work with the US army, but he got injured on the job and was under threat in Afghanistan. He's now interested in attending college to help him find a job. Their oldest son just turned 7 and started school. The family needs your help to make their new apartment a home!

The Zamani Family arrived from Afghanistan on July 12, 2017. They lived for almost a year in a one bedroom apartment before recently making the transition to a new apartment in LA. Before coming to the US, Dad had served the US military and Mom was a homemaker. Now settled in California, Dad is working while Mom is staying home to take care of the little ones. With the older children in school and not yet able to work, the family is currently in need of help to meet their basic needs.

Meet the Altleis family: Mom, Dad, 4-year-old son, 2-year-old daughter, and newborn baby girl (just born February 4!). This brave family has been seeking safety and stability for over 5 years, having first moved to Jordan for almost 4 years until the United Nation's High Commissioner for Refugees helped them to come to the USA on January 12, 2017. Please help and support this family.

The Abedy family needs your support! Dad worked with the US government and US army for about 12 years while living in Iraq, but the family left after being faced with a life-threatening situation. Meet the Alabdullah Family: Mom, Dad, and 5 kids under the age of 9. The 3 oldest children (a girl age 8, and two boys, age 6 and 7) were born in Syria. The family moved from Syria to Jordan before arrive in the US in June 2017. They welcomed 2 more members of the family (a girl, age 1, and a 5 month old son) while living in Sacramento, and now reside in El Cajon. Please support the Alabdullah Family in making their new location a real home!

The family left their home in Syria after the Army started taking members of their family, including their uncle. They moved to Jordan in 2012 and arrived in America in 2016. This family of 6 arrived from Afghanistan in November 2017. The family traveled to the US through SIV due to threats because the dad was worked for U.S projects. The family is in desperate need of listed items and is expecting a baby in April 2019.

They have spent everything to get here and are working to pay off loans on the car they purchased so the husband can work for Lyft. They have a baby girl who just turned 1 and can really use some help. Thank you.

Meet the Wardak Family: Mom, Dad, their 1-year-old son, and their newborn daughter. Back in Afghanistan, Mom and Dad both attended university and earned bachelor's degrees in Economics. After graduation, Dad worked with U.S. companies and the United Nations. They endured the journey from home to here when Mom was nine months pregnant and their son was only 15 months old. Their brother is generously hosting them until they can get an apartment. The Wardaks need beds for all and supplies for their infant baby girl.

The Darwish Family are refugees from Afghanistan who arrived to the US in April 2018 and settled in Orange County, California. There are seven of them - Mom and Dad, along with five kids - 3 boys (ages 18, 16 and 14) and 2 girls (ages 6 and 1). The father worked as a translator with American soldiers, and only he and his eldest son can speak English. Miry's List is helping them to rebuild their lives in California, where they are in need of many things for their home as the children are sleeping on the floor.
