The Najm Family is a large Afghan family with ten children between the ages of 4 and 19. Their lives in danger, the family fled Afghanistan where the father worked as an interpreter during the US mission, and arrived in the US in 2016. The children are all in school and the father now works a minimum wage job. Please help this wonderful family!

The Rafi family is made up of a single mother with four children. Sadly, the father was killed in a car accident their first week in the US and one of the children was also involved in a car accident and has severe brain injury. The family is now living with an uncle and they are in need of household items. Please help this family!

The Shams Family- Mom, Dad, and two young boys (ages 3 & 7) arrived to the US from Afghanistan in late September 2018. Dad previously worked as an engineer with a US Company until threats to the family forced them to flee their home, relatives and community in search of refuge in the US. Their apartment, which they are extremely grateful to have been resettled in, is completely empty, so they are in desperate need of basic household supplies and other items to begin the slow process of rebuilding their lives in America. Thank you for your kindness and generosity in helping this family to begin again as our new neighbors.

Meet the Rahimi family! Dad, mom and their three children arrived in the US from Afghanistan in late 2016. They have an eight and six year old son along with a four year old daughter. Dad is currently enrolled in college while also working as security guard to support the family. He previously worked as a translator for the the US Army while in Afghanistan. The family is in need of furniture, clothes, shoes, and technology items.

The Zamani Family arrived from Afghanistan on July 12, 2017. They lived for almost a year in a one bedroom apartment before recently making the transition to a new apartment in LA. Before coming to the US, Dad had served the US military and Mom was a homemaker. Now settled in California, Dad is working while Mom is staying home to take care of the little ones. With the older children in school and not yet able to work, the family is currently in need of help to meet their basic needs.

The Ibrahimi family left Afghanistan in early 2016 and resettled in CA. They have 4 kids ranging from 7 to 16. Currently the dad is working, the mom is taking ESL classes and the kids are all in school. Any help will go a long way to make them feel more at home!

The Abedy family needs your support! Dad worked with the US government and US army for about 12 years while living in Iraq, but the family left after being faced with a life-threatening situation. They have four kids, one of them a newborn baby boy. Please help provide them with what they need to make their apartment a home!

The Yawari family consist of mom, dad with 6 kids between the ages of 6-17. Dad worked as transportation manager in projects funded by USAID. Although they have been here for a year the family has not been able to afford much household items and pay their bills.

The Sabarai family has 6 kids and arrived from Afghanistan in 2017. Dad used to work as a security for an American company. All of the kids are in school. The family needs household items as well as shoes and clothes.

Single mother and daughter from Afghanistan moved to Southern California in October 2017. Father worked for USAID funded projects but sadly passed away before the family moved to the U.S to start rebuilding their lives. The lovely daughter is multilingual and they're both eager to become employed and start their new lives in the states. Please feel free to gift this family with the basic necessities we all take advantage of. Your generosity is greatly appreciated

The Sherzai Family arrived in the US in November of 2017. Before they left Afghanistan, the father worked for the US as a driver. The four children, ages 11 to 17, are all in school. This has been a difficult transition for the family, but they remain dedicated to starting their new lives. Please help this loving family!

Mr. and Mrs. Hashemi arrived with their 8 year old boy to the US in April 2018 from Afghanistan. Father worked for US military but as the security deteriorated, he and his family were threatened. They have resettled in Ohio where they are in need of some household items.

Abdul Ahadi is a family of 7 from Afghanistan, arrived on March 2018. Dad used to work with US companies in Afghanistan, so he and his family was under threat and applied for SIV. He has a part time job now but it is not enough to afford the expenses and also to buy household items.

Family of nine arrived in November 2017 from Afghanistan and currently residing in Texas. since they are seeking for employment, so they are not able to afford all the expenses yet. They are having difficulties paying their IOM travel loan and are also in need of some household items.

The Ghanizada faimily is consists of 5 girls between the ages of 2-9. Parents are high school graduates and dad used to work with US companies in Afghanistan. The parents are struggling to afford the living cost while also taking ESL classes. Please help them thrive on their new lives in the U.S!
