Dad worked for a U.S company in Afghanistan for more than 15 years and is trying to look for a job in Los Angeles. Let's help welcome this family to LA with open arms! The AlSmadi family arrived from Syria and resettled in California. Like many refugee families grandparents are important and kept close. For that AlSmadi family that means 7 people living together, mom, dad, 2 daughters (ages 9 and 11), 1 son (age 9) and the grandparents. The twins rely on a wheelchair. Due to their disability the family requires additional help. Luckily you, the Miry's List community have big hearts and love a challenge. This wish list contains basic household and personal supplies that will allow this loving family to continue their path to a safe and happy home in America. Thank you for your generous gifts of items, time, and money.
