If you are not currently enrolled with Miry's List but are in need of urgent support, please check with the agencies listed below. These are local or government agencies, and are not associated with Miry's List, but may be able to offer additional assistance.

211- By dialing 211 from any phone or visiting 211.org, you can find a variety of local resources to help you with housing, food, and health care. Translation and language support is available.

Feeding America- visit www.feedingamerica.org to find a food bank or receive food support near you.

WIC- WIC provides support for children ages 0-5, including pregnant mothers. They can provide you with formula or nutritional support for nursing mothers. To apply in California visit: myfamily.wic.ca.gov. To apply in Virginia visit: myvawic.org. For other states, call 211 for more information.

Government Benefits Programs- Visit www.benefits.gov to find out about government assistance programs near you. This includes financial assistance, disaster relief, and medical assistance.
