Syrian family of six (mom, dad, two boys and two girls) arrived just wo days before the first Muslim ban. The family had to flea from Halab, Syria to Istanbul, Turkey after their house was completely destroyed. In Istanbul, the older boys had to work to support the family financially and the girls were not able to attend school. They arrived here hoping for a brighter future.

This family of four is originally from Afghanistan. They have two adorable sons ages 6 and 4 years old. They arrived in August and currently live in Northern California. Dad previously worked as a civil engineer in Afghanistan, and is looking for work as an engineer here in the US. Since they are new they are in an empty apartment and need your help and support.
This Syrian family has five young children. They fled Syria after their house was bombed, and lived in Jordan for two years, They arrived in the US in July 2016. Two of their daughters were badly injured in the bombing and still suffer from PTSD. This family needs many essential items, also a car for transportation to work and school.
The Haidar family have three young children. They left Syria in 2012 and moved to Andonaegui where they stayed until arriving in the US in March of 2016. The father is unemployed and seeking work to support their family. Their son asked that we use this picture of him and a local police officer for their profile picture. Meanwhile they need much love and support.
Mustafa Rahimi is an Afghan family with two girls, 11 and 9 years old and two boys 8 and 3 years old. They left their homeland to the States on June 9, 2017 and currently live in a one bedroom apartment in CA. Mom has a high school diploma, and dad previously worked as maintenance mechanic in USAID funded projects in Afghanistan. His receptive English is quite good and he needs employment in the Garden Grove or Fountain Valley area. He is very skilled and can work on any kind of machinery. Their monthly rent is $1700 and mostly income is only at $800 presently. They need your help and support to get their household supplies for their empty apartment.
The Sadiq family left Afghanistan in November 2016. They are the parents of an adorable 7 year old girl and a 4 year old boy. Dad is educated and worked for many years as project manager and is currently seeking employment here in the US. The household items they are in need of are on their list.
This family of 7 moved from Homs, Syria by walking across the border to Jordan after their home was destroyed. They stayed for a month at the Alemarat Camp, then moved to Irbed before coming to the US. The dad lost his brother in Syria, and the mom doesn't know if her own brother is alive. They have a 10 year old daughter with cleft palate, and no health insurance. Please help and support this family.
This Iraqi family is made up of Dad, Mom, 3 boys and 1 girl. They had a very hard time in Iraq and lost their home. While the father was looking for a safe place for the family he applied through the IOM and they accepted his case. They left Iraq in September 2016 and arrived in America the next day. They now live in Westminster and need these essentials for their home.
The Alikhail family arrived mid 2016 with two boys ages 6 and 5. Dad previously worked with the US army corps of engineering in diferent provinces in Afghanistan for more than 5 years. Here in the US, he offers help in his free time to families, giving them rides to their appointments, or enrolling kids in school and he is interested in helping Miry's list families as well. This kind-hearted family needs some essentials for their home.
The Khaled family arrived in the Inland Empire in July of 2016. This young couple made their way to Jordan after the husband was shot in the chest by the Syrian army. The time spent in Jordan was very difficult. He has had many surgeries and will be needing another. His medical needs make him unable to work during this coming year. They have a 18 month old daughter and could use a lot of help. Everyday necessities are hard to come by. The family is thankful for your support. They are also in need of a car.

The Al Refai family are a Syrian family with five children who left Syria in 2013, and stayed in Jordan at the Al Zatri camp which was very hard for them. They arrived in the US safely in 2016. This family from Afghanistan arrived on January 19, 2017 with a six-year-old girl and 2.5-year-old twins. Dad has a bachelor degree in Political Science and served as lawyer, prosecutor and translator for US troops in Afghanistan. Mom is educated and worked as teacher in Afghanistan. As a result of a land mine explosion dad was badly injured during a mission - he is still under treatment and is unable to work. This amazing family needs your love. The Elham family recently arrived to the US with their 8 month old baby. For the past 14 years, the father worked for the ISAF, specifically for the US troops in dangerous locations of Afghanistan. Now that they have immigrated to the US, they face a travel debt of $3,000. They don't have many necessary household items or clothes.
