Dad owned a small business in Afghanistan as a shopkeeper, and Mom worked at a local beauty parlor. Yousuf, their 10-year-old, said he is excited to learn English together as a family, as they love learning new languages. He is most excited about his new room and the space he has to play outside. He hopes to be able to go on vacations with his family as they get used to their new home in the US.

They are very thankful to be able to relocate close to their children's uncle, as well as a park for the kids to go out and play and a school where the kids can continue their lessons.
