New Arrival Supper Club is throwing a Friendgiving with Miry's List!

Please join us November 18th at Lemon Poppy Kitchen for Afghan Friendsgiving! Your ticket supports our chefs the Ahmadzai family and the Friendsgiving with Miry's List campaign to support 100 new families by the end of 2017.

Each ticket includes a delcious meal lovingly prepared by our talent chefs and beer and wine! Kids are welcome too.

So come to our table on the 18th to celebrate and uplift our chefs and 100 more families together with us.

About the Chefs

For this special occation of Friendsgiving, we've partnered with the Ahmadzai family of Afghanistan. They're a mom, dad, 3 daughters and 2 sons who arrived to the United States on March 2017. Their two eldest children still live in Kabul. Dad worked for the US Embassy in Kabul for 15 years before arriving here. Mom, dad and their 20 year old daughter will be cooking for us. They accomplished cooks who love preparing and sharing Afghan food. They are very excited to share their culture through food and are looking forward to meeting you, their new neighbors. 

Please arrive before 7:30 to check in, we will have a delicious surprise waiting for you. 

FAQ: 

Will there be vegetarian options? We try to offer a selection of both meat and vegetarian options at each meal.

What if I have an allergy/dietary restriciton? We make every effort to label things correctly and to identify which dishes have allergens in them, but we can not guarentee the dishes will be free from cross contamination. 

Can I bring my kids? Sure! Kids under 6 are free.

Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases Mirys List (miryslist.org), New Arrival Supper Club, and Lemon Poppy Kitchen (Lemon Poppy Kitchen, LLC.)  from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at the New Arrival Supper Club event on November 18, 2017 at Lemon Poppy Kitchen (3324 Verdugo Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90065). By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Mirys List, New Arrival Supper Club, and Lemon Poppy Kitchen entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. 

By purchasing tickets, I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Mirys List, New Arrival Supper Club, and the hosts of the event, or the individuals involved in for any reason. In return, I will participate in and be present for the New Arrival Supper Club event.
