Modcloth is partnering with Miry’s List for an October service day for employees!

Team Modcloth will pack up clamshell gift boxes for new arrival families resettling in Los Angeles. Included in the box will be an iconic handmade Welcome, Blanket with story from the craftivist, cute home goodies and letters to welcome the families to America.

When the boxes are sealed and ready to ship, we’ll enjoy an elaborate Syrian happy hour prepared by the Hakmi family of Syria, new residents of Southern California!

Attendees will hear from incredible speakers, including:

• Jayna Zwieman, founder of Welcome, Blanket and Pussyhat Project

• Miry Whitehill, founder of Miry’s List

• Rami Hakmi, new American from Syria and our chef!
