Palms Neighborhood Council votes to approve the council’s enrollment in the Welcome, Neighbor program in collaboration with Miry's List and Empower LA and appoint Randell Erving to lead this project as the volunteer Welcoming Liaison. This program would give our neighborhood council and stakeholders a framework for supporting families resettling in Los Angeles as refugees.
