Introducing the Kotwal family! Mom and Dad recently arrived from Afghanistan with their three children, ages 7, 5, and 3. They have resettled in Silver Spring, Maryland. Dad worked back home in Afghanistan. Mom is a full time parent and is currently looking for an English class. Please join us in giving the Kotwal family a warm welcome!
