Please welcome the Joya family from Afghanistan! They arrived in the U.S. in October of 2021 and resettled in Fort Worth, TX. They are a family of 4 with a 1 year old boy and 1 new born girl. Dad worked in Combat Medic with US Army back in Afghanistan! Mom has started English classes through our SANAH program. Their most urgent needs are laptops, household items and things for the little ones.

They arrived in the U.S. in February of 2021 and resettled in Carmichael. 70 year old mom and her two daughters who are in their 30s were able to come here together and are so thankful to have one another. The daughters are enrolled in english courses and have been able to find part time work as well. Their most urgent needs are laptops and household items to rebuild their lives here.
