Meet the Malakzai family. Mom and Dad recently arrived from Afghanistan with their three children, ages 11 to 4. They have resettled in Carmichael, California. Dad worked back home, and Mom cared for the household. Both parents are now taking English classes as they settle into their new community. Please join us in welcoming the Malakzai family.
