Introducing the Yaqubi family. Mom and Dad recently arrived from Afghanistan with their five children, ages 15 to 8, and have resettled in Sacramento, California. The family is working hard to adjust to their new community and create stability for their children. Mom is currently taking English classes and is focused on building her language skills as they begin this new chapter together. Please join us in welcoming the Yaqubi family and supporting them as they settle into their new home.
