Back in Afghanistan, Dad worked as an HVAC technician, and Mom lovingly cared for their home and children. Both parents are now enrolled in English classes, eager to adapt, learn, and build a brighter future for their family. Now in the U.S., she has proudly enrolled in English classes and is eager to build new connections. Here in the U.S., she has already enrolled in English classes and is eager to learn and grow in her new community. Masa says that she is looking forward to making new friends at school, but that she also wants to study hard so she can become an engineer. Her big dream is to help humanity someday.

To make Afghanistan a safe place where girls have full rights and to ensure that no one, anywhere in the world, has to leave their homeland.
