Introducing the Haidari family. Mom and Dad recently arrived from Afghanistan with their two young children, ages four and six. They have resettled in Sacramento, California, and are beginning their new life together. Back home, Dad worked in construction, bringing valuable skills and experience. Introducing the Hossieny family. Mom and Dad recently arrived from Afghanistan with their three children, including thirteen year old twins and an eleven year old. They have resettled in Fremont, California, and are beginning a new chapter together. Back home, Dad worked in the construction field, bringing valuable hands on experience. Introducing the Rahmani family. Mom and Dad recently arrived from Afghanistan with their two children, a seven year old boy and a seven month old baby girl. They are now resettled in San Diego, California. Dad previously worked with the Crops USAID funded project, and Mom is a homemaker who has already started taking English classes as they rebuild their life here.
