Please welcome the Joya family from Afghanistan! They arrived in the U.S. in October of 2021 and resettled in Fort Worth, TX. They are a family of 4 with a 1 year old boy and 1 new born girl. Dad worked in Combat Medic with US Army back in Afghanistan! Mom has started English classes through our SANAH program. Their most urgent needs are laptops, household items and things for the little ones.
Welcome the Rahimyar Family! They are a mom, dad, sister and brother, ages 7 and 2. They left an unsafe situation in Afghanistan where dad served as an interpreter in the US Embassy. While they miss family and friends back home, they have great dreams of pursuing higher education in their new home in California. Let's help make their house a home!

Dad has a Masters Degree in International Relations and more than 10 years experience serving International organizations. Mom and Dad dream of a bright future for their children. Their urgent needs are kitchen and household items and a phone for Mom.
Please welcome the Samim family! This couple and their 4 younger siblings came from Afghanistan to settle in Alexandria, VA. Mr. Samim has an MBA and served in the World Bank for many years, while Mrs. Samim worked a a social activist. Their urgent needs are laptops and phones to continue studies and find work, as well as essential furniture for their new home.
